| I have a 2005 900 RMK 166 with many upgrades. It has the upgraded 06 pistons, SLP powder pros, Walker Evan Air Shocks up front, Tons of venting, Aftermarket exhaust can, SLP airbox with prefilter on intake grates, It has push, pull arms to stablize engine for less vibrations, New 321115 belt with extra, Ported stock track, ice scratchers, sno eliminators, hand guards, cleaned exhaust valves, 220lb rear track shock and new tank float installed. I also have tons of the stock parts as well which are included. Runs incredible, hate to part with. NEW intake boots and oiler cable installed with spring assist to make sure oiler cable always comes back.
06 pistons were put in roughly 300 miles ago with roughly 2000miles total, The float in the tank was updated, The oiler cable is Brand new and i have done the spring assist on that so it returns the cable back to the idle position. Track was drilled out. The console had broke off where the two little doors are so i did some work to that but it can be returned to original for pretty cheap. It has hand guards, aftermarket silencer, exhaust valves cleaned. The rad was removed and bypassed. It has sno-eliminators, SLP poweder pros, WE air shocks on front. Clutching is set for 9000-13,000 ft. Gearing was changed, Never Broke a belt, only run the best belt for the 9's. Secondary clutching was also changed from stock. SLP cold air intake with prefilter on intake grate up front and all hood holes were covered with prefilter, NO ISSUES in powder with the SLP intake. I just reset the TPS to specs. Just emptied and cleaned chain case and refilled with Polaris gear oil, also covered plastic cover with heat tape. Im sure i've forgotten something but here is the run down. I have this sled ready to run for the season. Not the usual vibrations other 900's are known for. Oh and the intake boots are brand new.
